Refund Policy

1. Your Statutory Rights
Our policy complies with your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement depending on the issue.

2. Returns – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to return most items purchased online within 14 days of receiving them, for a full refund.
To be eligible:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in resalable condition
Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached
You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt)

3. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following unless they are faulty:
Mouthguards, swimwear, or undergarments once worn or unsealed
Assembled equipment or items showing signs of use
Custom-ordered or personalised gear
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a refund or replacement.

6. Refunds

Delivery charges will only be refunded if the item was faulty or incorrect

7. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (subject to availability). For sizing issues, the item must be in original condition.

8. Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not liable for lost returns
